Ground Shipping Times: The map below estimates ground shipping days for FedEx shipments from Craftsman Studio. The day the order is shipped, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered when figuring the number of shipping days.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt. You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. We send another email when your order has shipped with tracking information if available.

...Spam Blocking: If you use a SPAM blocking service, you may wish to add orders@craftsmanstudio.com and customerservice@craftsmanstudio.com to your list of allowed senders. Otherwise you may not receive Order Confirmations, Shipping Notifications and the Receipt for your order. Our automated systems are not capable of responding to email from SPAM blocking software.

We do not charge for shipping on selected items. If the shopping cart shows $0.00 for shipping, then the shipping is free (we select the method). If you need an item with free shipping to be shipped a specific way such as FedEx 2Day, this is not a problem. Leave us a note with your desires in the remarks section of the order form and we will ship as you require adding the shipping cost to your order.

* * * FedEx Priority Overnight service closes out at 2:00 PM PST/PDT Monday - Thursday, and 11:00 AM on Fridays. To ensure your order ships, place the order then call us (888-500-9093) for a shipping confirmation number. Orders shipped on Fridays are delivered the next business day (Monday unless it is a holiday). If you need Saturday delivery, tell us when you call. There is a FedEx Saturday delivery surcharge (currently $10) which will be added to your order.

USPS Media Mail is available for Books and Videos ONLY (If necessary, place a separate order for tools and other items). Media Mail can be much less expensive than other methods. We charge $3.00 for the first book/video and $1.00 for each additional book/video regardless of the weight ($5.00 minimum shipping charge applies). .... But before you choose this method you need to be know that Media Mail is shipped "space available" 4th class mail by the USPS which means that it may take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive.

Customer Will-Call: This is a service for customers in the San Diego area wishing to pick up web orders. Will-call orders are available for pickup after 12:00PM on the next business day after the order is placed.
